i am a little dark skinned (tan) and i recently got a rash on my arm and scratched but now it went away but the area is whitish. is there a way to make that area of skin go back to my normal skin color?
White marks on dark skin?
Stay out in the sun.....
But seriously, I'd go see a doctor just to make sure the white marks are not cancerous spots startinig out.
