I take really good care of my skin, but it seems like it goes through phases. Most of the time it looks great, but sometimes, like now, I'll get more blemishes than I'd like; it always gets better, but it just sucks to have it be so unpredictable. Is this normal? Do other people have skin that goes through phases like this?

Yup, mine goes through phases depending on when my period is. It stays broken out most of the time other than when it clears up a little for a few days around there.

Reply:Only every couple of weeks lol. Yeah my skin goes through all kinds of phases. It's normal, it could be the kind of food you're eating, how sweaty, or oily your skin is.
