I dont know what is wrong with my dick! but It has got a some skin trying to close up my hole that i pee out of! The skin is sticking out of the sides of the peehole and are trying to form together.. this might be a problem.. I did spill gas on my dick when i was 12 and im 14 now! help!

Might be the result of a meatal ulcer when you were a baby. These are a common complication of circumcision.

Were you circumsized? The sking hanging off the top of the head you could be misinterpreting it, if not i think you should see a doctor immediantly.
