Do i have combination skin?help with acne plz?

i have oily skin on the surface of my face and dry skin on the inside of my face. or vice versa, but it is a strange combination. i heard that from a dermatologist...


anyway, pimples are torturing me..i've tried many things, i make face masks, homemade!














but i still break out with BIG, FAT, JUICY, PuSSFILLED PIMPLES!! and a bunch of little blackheads and little skin-colored bumps randomly all over my face. i dont know what to do..losing hope, i heard that accutane works, but im on a different medication (which on its prescription says: CAUSES acne) but i have to continue using my medication. so accutane will be a NONo..anyway, i've tried all sort of regimens..maybe it is genetic but it is really ruining my self-esteem...i have scars and the only thing i can do is cover everything with make-up...pimples are a huge problem, but im not planning on taking any surgeries or stuff like that..


this is important, still in high school...bad acne! got any advice/? anything quick?

I would recommend microdermabrasion to try and clear up your acne. Also, keep with a consistant facial cleansing routine using a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer. You should clean your face when you get up and before you go to bed. Also try a makeup that does not clog your pores like a natural makeup like bare essentials or something.
