A skin problem?

I have perfect clear skin but I experience break outs(5 or 6 pimples on my forehead) when I have my period or when it is going to come. Is that normal? Is there a way to have pimple-free skin all year round?
A skin problem?
That is perfectly normal. Those breakouts occur because of hormonal changes during your menstrual cycle. There is not a whole lot that can be done to stop or prevent those outbreaks, unless you want to consider birth control. Many forms of hormonal birth control help keep your skin clear.

yeah go take sunbeds it drys dem up n after 3 or 4 of dem dur all gone :)
Reply:10% of the human population has never had a pimple and will never get one (lucky bastards). For the rest of us, the best way to steer cleer of zitville is to always get plenty of rest and stay stress free (if that's possible), as cortisol levels produce pimples when raised by stress. Also, you should eat healthy foods as an extra precaution. Make sure to wash your face daily and I think you'll be ok.
Reply:well its perfectly normal its just becoz the body has generated a lot of heat n it comes out in this form or apply aloe vera gel it works but long term
Reply:its normal.. just hormones..

but keep your skin and hair as clean as poss by washing away excess oil.... that helps.. and don't touch spots as bacteria on your fingers can irritate....

the positive side to all this is when skin is a bit oily it doesn't age and go wrinkly as easily as dry or even normal skin...
Reply:Sport.

Sport reduces pimples and also try to avoid too caloric food ;-)
