greasy skin causes spots, but i have dry skin and still get spots. how can i get rid of them

I would try to put a skin cream on it.I would say as long as it isn't bothering you or very itchy then you should be fine.Don't get too nervous if it isn't puffy that means you really just need cream.If it lasts a really long time you can go to your doctor.
