It's possible you have cystic acne. It forms under your skin and unlike a black or whitehead it does not break the surface of your skin. Ask your doctor about accutane. It is by prescription only, and it is taken orally. I've been on it and so have many people I went to school and worked with and their skin turned out flawless (it even gets rid of scars and discolouration).

Firstly, make sure u wash ur face with a suitable face wash daily. If u have very oily skin, u may need to wash twice with facial soap. If not, at least once. Then use a non-oily moisturiser like loreal's new one (the blue and white tube) or hazeline snow. This is tone up your skin and the acne/ pimples beneath the skin will dry up and roll off. Simple but effective solution. Try it.
Reply:you have acne and rosatia (spelling idk). i hate to break it to you but this type of acne is umm....contagious (?). like if you touch it and you tocuh another part of your face you will spread it. there's not much you can do that i know of. i suggest washing your face every night and applying acne stuff that isn't too strong since you have it all over. take vitamins and drink lots of water. see your derm again (a different derm who an actually help). try products for rosatia and different stuff and see what works. go to sephora and ask them what they would recommend. try decleor stuff..it makes you less red and kills bacteria. good luck,
