I have very sensitive skin and break out easily. If I touch my face and I've forgotten to wash my hands I'll get a blemish in that spot. Everything I use seems to break me out worse. So I haven't come up with a daily routine yet. I have darker skin pigment and have tried only a few things (didn't want to chance it without advice first).
Would try another Derma Doc but its been too expensive in the past and with no real results. Any ideas?

Reply:You may need more vitamins C in your diet. This provides your skin with antioxidants which keep your skin healthy and fight against bacteria. Also if you use cotton pads to wash your face with a very light astrigent cleaner and a light oil based moisturizer this will keep bacteria from easily being spread from one place to your face.
Reply:I'm sure you have heard other people tell you this before but try the Proactiv Solution. The thing is you have use it exactly the way the tell you too. Which is once a day to make sure the skin will adjust ok. After that twice a day. I have very senstive skin also. Trust me I'm going though the same thing you are. I would sent you a picture of me but I don't want to scare you. When I used Proactiv it worked great controling my breakout and clearing up my skin. Yes result do vary from person to person. I would still be using it if I wasn't broke. It is a expensive at $20-$50 dollars a month. The basic kit works cool. You can control how many kits they sent you and stuff. Good luck.

Reply:carry a small bottle of antibacterial gel in your purse, this will take care of the one of the issues. try and put a skin sensitive lotion on your face like a protective layer against the climate and everything else.
