hi i m paki gal and specially want a reply someone from my neighobour that is India my problem is that in summer my skin is very much oily but as winter is just ahead my skin completly becomes dry specially cheeks and around the lip area plzzz help me.

try using a heavier moisturizer in the winter on your face in the daytime and then a night time moisturizer for when you sleep and perhaps some chap stick for your lips.
