I like dark skin too. It is not true that to be beautiful you have to have fair skin. I am also Asian and I love dark skin. I also totally differ from the motto that many Asians like me have which is only fair skinned people can be beautiful. Trust me you don't have to be fair to be beautiful. If you go to America you will be so appreciated. Just concentrate on the beauty that is inside you waiting to be awakened. If you are smart enough you can be beautiful with any skin color.

2. a high spf sunscreen to block both UVA and UVb rays


3. your favorite moisturizers


4. vitamin C


this would be a good skin lightening regimen.
Reply:Why do you want to do that? In my country, darker skin is desired, pale skin is not very attractive because it is usually very dry, sensitive, blotchy. But there are some people with fairer skin who do not have this problem. Pale skin was desired before the 1920's, until Coco Chanel, went on holiday to the French Riviera and accidently got a tan, that started the craze of getting glowing sunkissed skin. If you still want pale skin, try using a lighter foundation powder and if your showing skin just dust yourself with the powder. Try to stay out of the sun and use sunscreen. But don't deprive your skin from the sun as this will cause a vitamin D deficiency. Get a few minutes of sun on your hands and face everyday atleast. If you are going for extremities, go for more natural products, do some research about the properties of natural ingredients and find which ones will lighten your skin naturally, apparently "Tumeric" has antioxidants and skin lightening properties. Please do be careful with the chemicals you use, because they may have bad side effects to the skin and cause skin problems and health problems. All the best! xx
