Dry skin near the Eyes?

In the last week i've had really dry skin


above my eyelid and directly below my eyes. Dry skin is flaking off and its really bad. I tried regular lotion like Vaseline on the area but it stings like hell.





Please help? What can i do to get rid of it?

Try a moisturizing cream made especially for eyes. I have an amazing one that I got from Walgreen's that you apply at night-time. It's called Nature's Finest Eye Cream with Vitamin E, and it's Walgreen's brand. It's like $3. It really helps keep my around-the-eye area stay moisturized, smooth and it doesn't burn at all. I had a dry rash on my chin two years ago. I saw my doctor about it and she prescribed me a creme. It cleared up before the creme was gone.
Reply:Try putting on intensive eye cream around the eye area. Your eye area is too dry and you need to moisurize it every night and day w/eye cream.
Reply:that happened to me too right near my eye. it might be mild eczema which what i think mine was. i got elidel cream and it went away. hope that helps :]
Reply:omg i had thattt last yr. it was awful. it sorta hurts when i rub the area too.. coz too dry. GET A MOISTURIZER! (:
Reply:It might be something like exema I use an exema creme on it and it is the only thing that takes it away.
