when i touch my mom's arms, it feels thick and firm, and it hardly jiggles, but she is not skinny, she's 43 years old, and overweight. when i touch my arm, it doesn't feel that firm, and it jiggles. i want to know why there is a difference. i dont think its because my mom has more muscle, she never works out. i was wondering if her skin feels thick and firm because the fat really settles and hardens over time, and if that is what her fat is doing. i go to the gym, do some weights on my arms sometimes, but my skin doesnt feel as firm and tick as hers. why is this? why does mine jiggle and hers doesnt? i seriously doubt my moms arms are like that because of muscle, she doesnt do anything to gain that. so why is mine so much more jiggly than hers? is it because the fat hasnt hardened as much yet? or does fat not even settle and harden at all? my family always asks me why my arms are like that, when my mom is fatter than me.
Difference between firm skin and jiggly skin.?
Probably just a difference in the thickness of her skin. Also your skin has more elastin in it because you are young. This means it will be more stretchy. If you are bothered you could try some of the lotions that are for cellulite on them. They constrict blood flow slightly to tighten up the skin. That might help with the jiggle.
P.S. Try to find one with caffeine in it
Difference between firm skin and jiggly skin.?
Your mothers arms could be firm because she is young and has a bit of fat over her muscles. If she is doing the household chores and is working she would also have good muscle under a fatty layer . You should be too young to have a jiggly skin anyhow......but it is because you have no fat on your arms.....you are right.
