Will i have saggy skin?

im 27 im 5'7 and 227 pounds i work out 4 days a week and am on a diet. i hve lost about 10 pounds in the last month and i heard if you lose it slowly it stays off and your skin will go back to normal. is this true or will i have saggy skin, or is there anything i can do like a certain exercise to tighting as i go. i dont have a really huge belly, it might seem but i really dont. so will the skin go back or will it sag?

no, exercising(cardio and lifting)will not make you have saggy skin, if you loose weight rapidly then you will have loose skin

It really depends on your skin type, some people have more elastic skin, so they do not suffer so much as others from the saggy skin problem. Usually loosing the weight slower rather than quickly can result in less saggines becouse it gives your skin time to catch up with the change of your shape. if you really do need to loose the weight I would not worry too much though.
