Foundation for dry blotchy skin?

I'm a teenager and i think i might have rosecia, which is a skin problem that makes your skin dry and really red and blotchy. right now i use revlon sweatproof foundation and its ok but id like something better. i'd like a foundation that doesnt make my skin look too fakey and cakey but will still cover up the horrible redness. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
Foundation for dry blotchy skin?
rosecia is from acne.

When you want it to stop caking, get a moisturizing foundation
Foundation for dry blotchy skin?
maybelline matte mousse foundation

it works really well.
Reply:Hey,

I suggest an oil based foundation, as these work better on dry skin, but if you think you have rosecia I suggest seeing a dermatologist and they can recommend something that is guaranteed to work :)

Good luck.
Reply:start with natural magic as much as possible, only then turn to medicine. for example, excercise more, drink more water, eat more vegatables with many colrs of vegetable.. oh, you're welcome.
Reply:first of all you need BARE MINERALS ! (bareminerals.com) they specialize in treaqting rosecia and dry skin.

although this skin makeup is powder, it aligns with your oil glands to make is more smoother or softer.

and after that you need to FOR SURE see a doctor so he/she can deal with whatever your skin might be dealing with.

and if it is recommended, scrub your face GENTLY with a sea salt scrub and a wash cloth... this will have the dryness eliminated.

try bodytopia's sea salt srubs or sugar scrubs ! (bodytopia.net)
Reply:to cover redness you need to buy a green concealer put it on first then put your normal foundation on over it. mix some moisterriser with ur normal foundation this will not only help ur dry skin but will make it appear much less cakey and fakey
Reply:first, try a primer before you put on foundation, such as one that moisturizes. try smashbox primer, and there is one that is green that cancells out redness. then, using a foundation brush, apply a sheer oil-free foundation such as napolean perdis minimal makeup foundation. it feels as if you're wearing nothing, but it covers everything!
