My skin especially my face is so dry and flaky...HELP!?

i break out with a new pimple every single day, and i have alot of blackheads and acne scars it sucks and its disgusting.





i don't have the best eating habits, but can that be the problem?





if i eat better will my skin get way better? i heard foods don't cause acne.





if so what kinds of foods can i eat to get better skin.?
My skin especially my face is so dry and flaky...HELP!?
i use neutrogena deep clean exfoliating scrub for my face to cleanse it.


i use an avocado mask once a week to control oil/blackheads.


i use vaseline every night before bead to have pretty, non-dry skin.


i drink A LOT of water (best thing for your skin consuming-wise)


also, salt water helps control acne and blackheads.


also, go to a dermatologist and ask about a dry-ice treatment. they are sooo cheap and do wonders at killing bacteria (face, neck, chest, back) and are VERY inexpensive. (mine are free since i go once a year for a regular appt.) you can do this once a week.

Food absolutely is a contributor in acne. Also swimming in a pool with chlorine helps. Stay away from fried food, soda,

Nutrition- not just that you eat bad foods but are you having enough good foods? veggies %26amp; fruit vitamin suppliments/minerals. Milk(low fat) %26amp; water are essential





Hygiene- regular cleansing is essential (at least 2x a day)





Other factors- hormonal changes or imbalances (not just during puberty), drugs be it prescribed medication or recreational.





Moisturise- sorbolene or QV cream are great. Vasaline on its own dosent actually work. It dries more that it hydrates as it is a petrolium based jelly. There are other creams in the vasaline brand range that are quite good.


If none of the above helps then definatly seek medical advice
