She is using it for acne and her skin is looking fantastic now. She said I should start using it to combat wrinkles (not that I have any quite yet) and keep my skin looking good despite damage already done to it through the sun and/or neglect.
Does anyone have experience using Retin A cream on non-problem skin? Were the results favorable or negative? Thank you
I have pretty good skin but a friend recommended Retin-A...?
Yes, I can't recommend Retin A highly enough. I've been using it for 5 years. The fact that you don't have any wrinkles yet is even better, because Retin A will actually prevent wrinkles from forming! But you must always wear a high factor sunblock and not tan your face.
Retin A is scientifcally proven to stimulate collagen and elastin synthesis in the dermis, as well as increasing cell turnover and evening out pigementation. HTH.

With that smile, I didn't notice any blemishes!
Reply:Retin-A is very drying and I had to give up using it. I think talking to a dermotologist is the way to go concerning any type of harsh chemical that you want to put on your face.
Reply:Good lord, girl! Whoever told you that is just jealous and wants to mess you up. With beautiful skin and a beautiful face like you have, you don't need Retin-A !
Reply:I don't - but i do use baby lotion ! Your skin and everything
else looks very good from here. You should just keep on doing what ever it is that your are doing.
I think you are very beautiful!!!
Reply:I have had experience with it and yes it does dry out the skin if you use a lot... but a little goes a long way
it made my skin clear when I was a teen and kept it clear
I would really recomend going to your dermatologist and just ask what he or she thinks for your skin
Reply:Retin-A is great. It fights wrinkles by tightening your pores. It will get rid of blackheads which are widened pores, and fight acne. As well as get rid of wrinkles and stretch marks. It is a great drug.
Reply:i always had bad acne as a teenager and well into my early twneties, i was beyond retnin-A i had to use accutane. However
I have great skin now, and I'd say Retnin-A is probol fine however
it tends to dryour your skin, so be careful. Vitamin C and Vitamin
E are good for your skin too and dont dry out your skin plus it also helps with wrinkles and preventing them.
Reply:you are quite good looking. don't use any thing. still you can start drinking more water for skin care.
