Could oily skin give you pimples?

I have a very oily skin, which means I have an oily face. So can the oil on the skin give you a pimples? If it can, then how can I prevent pimples?

I use the sheets, and I use that and an acne gel for oily skin, and I haven't had a pimple in a long while. Since you're done puberty, then you probably will have less chance of getting pimples as a 15 year old like me does.

Yes it can...Just make sure you clean your face...Dont use soap though that can make it worse
Reply:Don't worry about it, I have oily face for many many years. I never did anything special for it, i always used normal soaps and i didn't bother that much to wash my face regularly. My face is clean and no pimples on it at all.
Reply:oily skin DOES cause pimples..thingooo.. put egg yolk on your face =] It works really good. Also try honey and lemon..VERY GOOD=]=]

Reply:i have oily skin too, it can give you pimples. I use rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball and rub it on my face, it totally drys it out and a lot of pimples will go away if you do it regularly
