How do I get my skin whiter, please don't tell me to stay inside or some smarta55 comment, I mean is the stuff you use to get your skin whiter expensive, is it just in powder or can you get it like, in a thing like foundation? and where would I get it, I live in Melbourne, so somewhere in my reach, please.

Yeah if you just get powder a few shades lighter than your skin it should do the trick. Covergirl works really well.
Reply:Sorry for being smart but i am a very pale person and i dont use make up at all. I stay in mostly cause i dont like sports all that much, anyway i think it is just a nartural thing. I dont think you can make yourself whiter unless you use power of some sort, sorry!
